Delivering Heartwarming Service: The CAN GAS Oxygen Generation System Project in Timor-Leste

In March of this year, our company successfully completed the after-sales service for two oxygen generation systems in Timor-Leste. Our efficient problem-solving capabilities and professional technical service earned high recognition and unanimous praise from the Timor-Leste Ministry of Health, HNGV Hospital, and the World Health Organization (WHO). The successful delivery of this project not only lays a solid foundation for Timor-Leste's self-sufficiency in medical oxygen but also marks a crucial step forward for local public health. Proven Service Excellence Through Quality Recognition

This mission to Timor-Leste primarily involved providing comprehensive on-site service for two containerized oxygen generation systems. From initial in-depth communication to clarify service plans and workflows, to on-site equipment disassembly, inspection, power-on checks, and startup commissioning, our after-sales engineers oversaw the entire process. They ensured that all tasks were effectively executed and guaranteed the smooth operation of the equipment. Additionally, the engineers provided essential safety guidelines regarding the overheating issues of the main power cable and the high-temperature pipelines in the booster compressor, effectively ensuring the personal safety of on-site operators.

During installation and commissioning, our engineers achieved stable operation for both systems through intermittent manual rotation tests, parameter adjustments, and filter purging. Key performance indicators met and exceeded design standards, and gas cylinder charging was successfully completed.

On February 4th, the Timor-Leste Ministry of Health, the partner hospital, and the WHO jointly held a grand ribbon-cutting and equipment handover ceremony. The event was covered by local television, highlighting the local government's high regard for the project. The following day, the client successfully completed the acceptance process and signed the confirmation. Subsequently, our after-sales engineers conducted both theoretical and practical training for the operators. This ensured that local hospital staff could operate the equipment independently and in a standardized manner, laying a solid foundation for the long-term stable operation of the oxygen production system and achieving the dual goals of "equipment delivery and capability empowerment."

During the service period, our company held multiple meetings with the Special Advisor to the Ministry of Health of Timor-Leste and WHO staff to discuss oxygen supply and usage at the new hospital, proactively providing technical support. We also participated in multi-departmental coordination meetings to jointly discuss the integration of oxygen supply pipelines and related medical system solutions for the new hospital. Working alongside our business team, we ensured smooth follow-up cooperation and laid a solid foundation for future collaboration.

At the on-site service summary meeting organized by the WHO, both parties further clarified specific operational details. The WHO explicitly stated that it would actively support our company in implementing the solution and would coordinate with local government departments to provide necessary backing, paving the way for long-term cooperation.
