The activated carbon tower filter is a high-efficiency gas purification device widely used in compressed air and industrial gas treatment systems. It utilizes high-quality activated carbon as the adsorption medium, featuring a large specific surface area and strong adsorption capacity. It effectively removes oil vapor, odors, hydrocarbons (such as VOCs), and other harmful gases from the air. After treatment, the residual oil content in compressed air can be reduced to ≤0.003 mg/m³ (typical value), meeting high-quality air requirements.
With a compact structure, stable operation, and easy maintenance, the system can be used in combination with refrigerated air dryers and precision filters. It provides clean and contamination-free air for downstream equipment, extends the service life of key components, and ensures long-term reliable and efficient system operation.
